THE CHALLENGE
Cash App's homepage was the most-visited page in the ecosystem with no clear hierarchy, dated visual language, and conversion rates that weren't keeping pace with product growth.
THE APPROACH
Co-led end-to-end redesign — art directed the full visual system, defined scroll interaction patterns and animation specs, and collaborated with engineering on Contentful implementation.
THE OUTCOME
Measurable conversion rate improvement within 30 days of launch. Set a new visual standard for all subsequent Cash App marketing pages.

THE CHALLENGE
The Cash App Send page needed to make a technically simple action — sending money — feel emotionally resonant. The previous design was functional but lacked the brand energy and trust signals that convert first-time users.
THE APPROACH
Designed the page architecture to lead with the product moment itself. Art directed photography and motion treatments that made the act of sending feel fast and trustworthy. Worked closely with brand and legal on messaging, shipped responsive across all breakpoints.
THE OUTCOME
One of the highest-engagement product pages in the Cash App marketing suite post-launch — and a template for how the team approaches peer-to-peer product storytelling going forward.

HOW I WORK

A process built for output, not process.

These aren't abstract principles. They came from shipping under real constraints — Apple launch deadlines, Cash App conversion targets, startup runway pressure.

Brief deeply.
Every project starts with reading the brief more carefully than anyone else in the room. What's the business problem underneath the design problem? What does success look like in 90 days?

Structure before aesthetics.
IA and content hierarchy before any visual decisions. If the structure is wrong, the design is wrong — no matter how good it looks.

Ship, measure, iterate.
Design is a hypothesis. I build conversion-testable pages and treat post-launch data as the next brief. The work isn't done at handoff.

Build for the system.
Every component earns its place in the system. I design with Figma variables and tokens from day one — so the team can move fast after I'm done.

AI as a scaffolding layer.
I use AI to accelerate structure — copy architecture, content hierarchy, first-pass iteration. The taste and judgment layer stays human.
HOW I WORK NOW

AI-native design workflow.

I've developed a working process that uses AI to handle structural reasoning, copy architecture, and iteration throughput — freeing the Art Director to operate entirely at the layer of taste and judgment. This isn't AI-assisted design. It's a rebuilt workflow.
