Order Up fka Gloo
An agreement for brand and web design between Eric Jordan Design and Sheena.
Scope of Work
Designer agrees to provide the following services: (1) Art Direction Strategy defining the visual POV for web, including asset types and application guidelines; (2) a Figma design file comprising five pages — Homepage, Prompt Page Template (adaptable for 7 prompts), Pricing, Blog, and Blog Article; (3) a Typography System using Inter and/or JetBrains Mono; and (4) a Launch QA and Support pass reviewing the Lovable build for final polish. Any work outside this scope requires a separate written agreement and may be subject to additional fees.
Deliverable Schedule
Designer will target the following milestones: Art Direction & Typography by June 13, 2026; Homepage by June 27; Prompt Template & Pricing by July 11; Blog pages by July 18; full Figma handoff by July 21; QA pass August 1–7; go-live August 10, 2026. Timelines are contingent on timely Client feedback and approvals.
Fees & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due upon signing this agreement and before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery of the completed Figma file. Work will not commence until the deposit is received. Late payments beyond 14 days of the due date may incur a 1.5% monthly late fee.
Revisions
This agreement includes up to five (5) rounds of revisions across all deliverables. A revision round is defined as a consolidated set of feedback submitted at one time. Additional revision rounds beyond five will be billed at Designer's standard hourly rate, to be agreed upon in writing before additional work begins.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, Designer transfers full ownership of the final deliverables to Client. Designer retains the right to display the work in their portfolio and promotional materials unless Client requests otherwise in writing. All preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused designs remain the property of Designer.
Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to provide all necessary content, copy, brand assets, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by Client may result in adjusted timelines. Designer will not be held responsible for missed deadlines resulting from late Client responses or approvals.
Cancellation
Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days written notice. If Client cancels after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Client will be invoiced for any work completed beyond the deposit value on a pro-rated basis.
Limitation of Liability
Designer's total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid. Designer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the deliverables.
Communication
Primary communication will take place via email during standard business days and business hours. Both parties can expect replies within 24 hours of receipt. Any meetings or calls must be scheduled in advance.
