A breath, a tone, a returning.
Recorded under tonight's moon. Best experienced with headphones, in a room you trust.
This transmission arrived in the quiet hours. There is nothing to do with it except listen — and let your body listen with you.
If you can, dim the lights. Settle into something that holds you. Let the first tone reach you before you decide what it is. The body knows how to receive sound. Your only job is to stop interrupting it.
How to Listen
Begin with three slow breaths, longer on the exhale than the inhale. Let your shoulders drop. Let your jaw release. Notice the contact between your body and the surface beneath you.
When the sound begins, do not try to track it with your mind. Let it find the places in you that have been waiting. The sternum. The base of the skull. The soft space behind the eyes.
You are not listening to the sound. You are being met by it.
After
Stay still for at least a minute when it ends. The integration is the work. Drink water. Move gently if you move at all. The body will tell you what it needs next.
